A RESOLUTION OF THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY
COUNCIL APPROVING THE THIRD AMENDMENT
BETWEEN THE CITY OF MANHATTAN BEACH AND
QUICK CAPTION , INC. FOR CLOSED CAPTIONING
SERVICES
THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL HEREBY RESOLVES AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby approves the third Amendment between the City of Manhattan Beach and Quick Caption, Inc. dated August 1, 2022, for closed captioning services, accepting the updated fee schedule and extending the term of the agreement until July 31, 2023.
SECTION 2. The Council hereby directs the City Manager to execute the Amendment on behalf of the City.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution.
