RESOLUTION NO. 22-0105
A RESOLUTION OF THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY
COUNCIL APPROVING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
CITY OF MANHATTAN BEACH AND FRONTIER
COMMUNICATIONS FOR INTERNET SERVICES
THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL HEREBY RESOLVES AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby approves the three-year Agreement between the City of Manhattan Beach and Frontier Communications dated July 31, 2022, for Internet services in the total estimated amount of $170,550.
SECTION 2. The Council hereby directs the City Mana ger to execute the Agreement on behalf of the City.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution.
