RESOLUTION NO. 22-0113
A RESOLUTION OF THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY
COUNCIL APPROVING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
CITY OF MANHATTAN BEACH AND AXON
ENTERPRISES, INC. FOR 22 PATROL IN -CAR VIDEO
CAMERA SYSTEMS
THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL HEREBY RESOLVES AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby approves the Agreement between the City of Manhattan Beach and Axon Enterprises, Inc. dated August 2, 2022 , for 22 patrol in-car video camera systems in an amount not to exceed $160,000.
SECTION 2. The Council hereby directs the City Manager to execute the Agreement on behalf of the City.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution.
