RESOLUTION NO. 22-0114
A RESOLUTION OF THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL
APPROVING AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO THE CONSTRUCTION
MANAGEMENT SERVICES AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY
OF MANHATTAN BEACH AND S2 ENGINEERING, INC. FOR THE
SEPULVEDA BRIDGE WIDENING PROJECT
THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL HEREBY RESOLVES AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby approves Amendment No. 2 to the Construction Management Services Agreement between the City of Manhattan Beach and S2 Engineering , Inc. (“Consultant”), dated August 2, 2022 , for construction management and inspection services for the Sepulveda Bridge Widening Project (“Project”), in the amount of $379,940.00.
SECTION 2. The Council hereby authorizes and directs the City Manager to execute the Amendment on behalf of the City.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this Resolution.
