A RESOLUTION OF THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY
COUNCIL AWARDING AN INSPECTION SERVICES
AGREEMENT TO QUANTUM QUALITY CONSULTING,
INC. FOR THE MANHATTAN BEACH BOULEVARD AND
PECK AVENUE TRAFFIC SIGNAL IMPROVEMENT
PROJECT
THE MANHATTAN BEACH C ITY COUNCIL HEREBY RESOLVES AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby approves that certain agreement (“Agreement”) between the City of Manhattan Beach and Quantum Quality Consulting, Inc. (“Consultant”), dated August 16, 2022, for the Manhattan Beach Boulevard and Peck Avenue Traffic Signal Improvement Project (“Project”), in the amount of $120,250.
SECTION 2. The Council hereby authorizes and directs the City Manager to execute the Agreement.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution.
