A RESOLUTION NUNC PRO TUNC OF THE MANHATTAN
BEACH CITY COUNCIL APPROVING AN AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE CITY OF MANHATTAN BEACH AND ALL CITY
MANAGEMENT SERVICES, INC. FOR CROSSING GUARD
SERVICES
RECITALS
A. On August 2, 2022, the Manhattan Beach City Council approved Resolution No. 22- 0112, approving an agreement between the City of Manhattan Beach and All City Management Services, inc. for crossing guard services.
B. Due to a clerical error, the wrong agreement was attached to the staff report accompanying Resolution No. 22-0112.
C. Accordingly, the City Council wants to supersede Resolution No. 22 -0112 with this Resolution No. 22-0122.
NOW THEREFORE, THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby approves that certain Agreement between the City of Manhattan Beach and All City Management Services Inc. dated August 16, 2022, for crossing guard services in the amount of $1,495,000. The Agreement is attached to the accompanying staff report dated August 16 , 2022 , and hereby incorporated by this reference.
SECTION 2. The Council hereby directs the City Manager to execute the corrected Agreement on behalf of the City.
SECTION 3. This Resolution hereby supersedes Resolution No. 22 -0112, and thus Resolution No. 22-0122 shall no longer have any effect.
SECTION 4. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this Resolution.
