A RESOLUTION OF THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY
COUNCIL APPROVING AN PURCHASE ORDER
BETWEEN THE CITY OF MANHATTAN BEACH AND
CODE 3 TECHNOLOGY FOR 29 PATROL MOBILE DATA
COMPUTER SYSTEMS
THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL HEREBY RESOLVES AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The C ity Council hereby approves a Purchase Order between the City of Manhattan Beach and Code 3 Technology for 29 Patrol Mobile Data Computer Systems in an amount not to exceed $134,915.11.
SECTION 2. The Council hereby directs the City Manager to execute the Purchase Order on behalf of the City.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution.
