RESOLUTION NO. 22-0125
A RESOLUTION OF THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY
COUNCIL APPROVING AMENDMENT NO. 8 TO THE
DESIGN SERVICES AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY
OF MANHATTAN BEACH AND HDR ENGINEERING, INC.
FOR THE SEPULVEDA BRIDGE WIDENING PROJECT.
THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL HEREBY RESOLVES AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby approves Amendment No. 8 to the Design Services Agreement between the City of Manhattan Beach and HDR Engineering, Inc., dated June 7, 2012 for construction design support services for the Sepulveda Bridge Widening Project in the amount of $160,739.00.
SECTION 2. The City Council hereby directs the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 8 on behalf of the City.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution.
