A RESOLUTION OF THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY
COUNCIL APPROVING AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO THE
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF MANHATTAN
BEACH AND KOA CORPORATION FOR ADDITIONAL
DESIGN SERVICES FOR THE SLURRY SEAL AREAS 6 &
7 PROJECT STRIPING
THE M ANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL HEREBY RESOLVES AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby approves Amendment No. 1 to the Agreement between the City of Manhattan Beach and KOA Corporation dated September 6, 2022, for design services for the Slurry Seal Ar eas 6 & 7 , in the amount of $31,920.
SECTION 2. The Council hereby directs the City Manager to execute the Amendment on behalf of the City.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution.
