At 5:17 PM, the City Council reconvened into Open Session with all Councilmembers present.
IV. CLOSED SESSION ANNOUNCEMENT IN OPEN SESSION
Assistant City Attorney Kearns announced that the City Council met in Closed Session pursuant to Government Code Section 54957.6 and gave direction to its labor negotiators. The City Council also met in Closed Session pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(1) to discuss existing litigation and there was no reportable action.
