A RESOLUTION OF THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY
COUNCIL APPROVING AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO THE
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF MANHATTAN
BEACH AND WESTMED AMBULANCE, INC., DBA
MCCORMICK AMBULANCE
THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL HEREBY RESOLVES A S
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby approves Amendment No. 1 to the Agreement between the City of Manhattan Beach and Westmed Ambulance, Inc dated March 20, 2020 for emergency ambulance transport services based on the cost per transport fees outlined in Amendment No. 1 attached hereto.
SECTION 2. The Council hereby directs the City Manager to execute the Agreement on behalf of the City.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution.
