RESOLUTION NO. 22-0139
A RESOLUTION OF THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL
APPROVING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF
MANHATTAN BEACH AND KOA CORPORATION FOR THE
PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT OF MANHATTAN
BEACH BOULEVARD EASTBOUND LEFT-TURN IMPROVEMENT
AT AVIATION BOULEVARD PROJECT
THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL HEREBY RESOLVES AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby approves the Agreement between the City of Manhattan Beach and KOA Corporation to the Manhattan Beach Boulevard Eastbound Left -Turn Improvement at Aviation Boulevard Project in a not-to-exceed amount of $161,780.
SECTION 2. The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute the agreement for $161,780 with KOA Corporation and is further authorized to approve additional work, if necessary, for an amount not-to-exceed $32,356 (20%).
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of the resolution.
