A RESOLUTION OF THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY
COUNCIL APPROVING AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO THE
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF MANHATTAN
BEACH AND EMOTIONAL HEALTH ASSOCIATION
(DOING BUSINESS AS SHARE! SELF HELP AND
RECOVERY EXCHANGE ) FOR HOUSING PLACEMENT
AND HOMELESS SUPPORT SERVICES
THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL HEREBY RESOLVES AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby approves Amendment No. 1 to the Agreement between the City of Manhattan Beach and Emotional Health Association, doing bu siness as SHARE! the Self -Help And Recovery Exchange , dated October 6, 2022, for housing placement and homeless support services in the amount of $38,220.
SECTION 2. The Council hereby directs the City Manager to execute the Agreement on behalf of the City.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution.
