RESOLUTION NO. 22-0142
A RESOLUTION OF THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY
COUNCIL ACCEPTING A GRANT FROM THE STATE OF
CALIFORNIA OFFICE OF TRAFFIC SAFETY FOR
SELECTIVE TRAFFIC ENFORCEMENT.
THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL HEREBY RESOLVES AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby accepts the Grant from the State of California Office of Traffic Safety dated October 1, 202 2, for traffic safety education and enforcement.
SECTION 2. The Council hereby directs the City Manager, or his designee, to execute the Grant Agreement and any Amendments on behalf of the City.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution.
