A RESOLUTION NUNC PRO TUNC OF THE MANHATTAN
BEACH CITY COUNCIL AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 21 -
0119 TO MAKE IT CONSISTENT WITH THE AMOUNT OF AN
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF MANHATTAN BEACH
AND HARBOR INTERFAITH SERVICES FOR GRANT
FUNDED HOMELESS CASE MANAGEMENT AND HOUSING
NAVIGATION SERVICES
RECITALS
A. On December 21, 2022, the Manhattan Beach City Council approved Resolution No. 21-0119, approving Amendment No. 2 to the Agreement between the City of Manhattan Beach and Harbor Interfaith Services dated December 30, 2021, for grant funded Homeless Case Management and Housing Navigation Services in an amount not to exceed $70,000.
B. The amount indicated in Resolution No. 21-0119 is different than the amount of the agreement.
C. The amount, as stated in the approved agreement, is $216,000.
D. Accordingly, the City Council wants to supersede Resolution No. 21-0119 with this Resolution No. 22-0141 that contains the amount of $216,000.
NOW THEREFORE, THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby amends Section 1 in Resolution No. 21-0119 to read as follows:
“SECTION 1. The City Council hereby approves Amendment No. 2 to the Agreement between the City of Manhattan Beach and Harbor Interfaith Services dated December 30, 2021, for grant funded Homeless Case Management and Housing Navigation Services in an amount not to exceed $216,000.”
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this Resolution.
