RESOLUTION NO. 22-0147
A RESOLUTION OF THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY
COUNCIL APPROVING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
CITY OF MANHATTAN BEACH AND BLACK & VEATCH
CORPORATION FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES.
THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL HEREBY RESOLVES AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby approves the Agreement between the City of Manhattan Beach and Black & Veatch for professional services in the amount of $68,085 and authorizes the City Manager to execute the Agreement.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution.
