RESOLUTION NO. 22-0149
A RESOLUTION OF THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL
APPROVING AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO THE AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE CITY OF MANHATTAN BEACH AND UNIFIRST
CORPORATION FOR CITY EMPLOYEE UNIFORM AND SAFETY
MAT SERVICES.
THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUN CIL HEREBY RESOLVES AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby approves Amendment No. 2 to the Agreement between the City of Manhattan Beach and Unifirst Corporation, dated October 18, 2022.
SECTION 2. The Council hereby directs the City Manager to exe cute the Agreement on behalf of the City.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution.
