From City and Waste Management:
Current service is (1) 3 yard trash bin serviced 7x week and (1) 3 yard recycling bin and NO food waste carts on site.
New service requirement: (2) 3 yard trash bins serviced 7 days per week, (2) 3 yard recycling bins serviced 7 days per week and (4) 65 gallon food waste carts serviced 3-4 days per week. Participation in food waste recycling is required per SB 1383.
The existing enclosure is being used as a linen storage area and not as a trash enclosure of the existing 3 yard trash and 3 yard recycling bins on site. The bins have been stored outside in the public right of way instead of in the enclosure. The new enclosure will need to be large enough to house the 4 3 yard bins and 4 65 gallon carts. 20'-0"
