City Attorney Quinn Barrow announced that there were two separate meetings adjourned to today, both of which will be held concurrently: the October 18, 2022 Adjourned Regular Meeting and the other was the October 19, 2022 Adjourned Regular Meeting.

A point has been reached where, in the opinion of the City Council on the advice of its City Attorney, based on existing facts and circumstances, there is a significant exposure to litigation against Number of Cases: 2

At 5:07 PM, Mayor Napolitano announced that City Council would recess into Closed Session.
III. RECONVENE INTO OPEN SESSION
At 6:00 PM, the City Council reconvened into Open Session with all City Councilmembers present.
IV. CLOSED SESSION ANNOUNCEMENT IN OPEN SESSION
City Attorney Quinn Barrow announced that the City Council went into Closed Session regarding 5 different Closed Session items on 2 separate meeting agendas. The City Council gave direction to its labor negotiators and gave direction to its City Attorney on Item E.1.B. Public Employee Performance Evaluation. There was no other reportable action taken.
