A RESOLUTION OF THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY
COUNCIL APPROVING THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN
THE CITY OF MANHATTAN BEACH AND INFOSEND, INC.
FOR ELECTRONIC BILL PRESENTMENT AND PAYMENT
(EBPP) SERVICES AND UTILITY BILL PRINTING/MAILING
SERVICES
THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL HEREBY RESOLVES AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby approves the Agreement between the City of Manhattan Beach and InfoSend, Inc dated November 1 , 202 2 for Electronic Bill Presentment and Payment (EBPP) Services an d Ut ility Bill Printing/Mailing Services for an estimated annual amount of $40,000, plus annual CPI increases thereafter.
SECTION 2. The Council hereby directs the City Manager to execute the Agreement on behalf of the City.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution.
