A RESOLUTION OF THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY
COUNCIL A PPROVING AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO AN
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF MANHATTAN
BEACH AND ARDURRA GROUP, INC., FOR
CONSULTANT PROJECT MANAGEMENT SERVICES
THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL HERE BY RESOLVES AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby approves Amendment No.1 to the Agreement between the City of Manhattan Beach and Ardurra Group, Inc., dated June 1, 2022, for consultant project management services in the amount of $289,290.
SECTION 2. The City Council hereby authorizes the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 1 to the Agreement on behalf of the City.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED on November 1, 2022.
