A RESOLUTION OF THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY
COUNCIL APPROVING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
CITY OF MANHATTAN BEACH AND ENVIRONMENTAL
SYSTEMS RESEARCH INSTITUTE FOR GEOGRAPHIC
INFORMATION SYSTEMS SERVICES
THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL HER EBY RESOLVES AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby approves the Agreement between the City of Manhattan Beach and Enterprise Agreement with Environmental Systems Research Institute (Esri) dated November 25, 2022 , for Geographic Information Systems (GIS) services in the amount of $105,000.
SECTION 2. The Council hereby directs the City Manager to execute the Agreement on behalf of the City.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution.
