RESOLUTION NO. 22-0161
A RESOLUTION OF THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY
COUNCIL APPROVING THE HIGHLAND AVENUE
CORRIDOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT MEASURE M
FUNDING APPLICATION ; AND AUTHORIZING THE
PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR TO SUBMIT THE
NECESSARY PROJECT INFORMATION TO THE LOS
ANGELES COUNTY METROPOLITAN TRANSPORTATION
AUTHORITY.
THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL HEREBY RESOLVES AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby approves the Highland Avenue Corridor Improvement Project grant funding application for Measure M, funded by the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority.
SECTION 2. The Council hereby directs the Public Works Director to submit the necessary project information to the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority as required by the Measure M funding application process.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage a nd adoption of this resolution.
