A RESOLUTION OF THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY
COUNCIL AWARDING AN INSPECTION SERVICES
AGREEMENT TO QUANTUM QUALITY CONSULTING,
INC. FOR THE MARINE AVENUE AT CEDAR AVENUE
TRAFFIC SIGNAL AND INTERSECTION IMPROVEMENTS
PROJECT
THE MANHATTAN B EACH CITY COUNCIL HEREBY RESOLVES AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby approves that certain agreement (“Agreement”) between the City of Manhattan Beach and Quantum Quality Consulting, Inc. (“Consultant”), dated December 6, 2022, for the Marine Avenue at Cedar Avenue Traffic Signal and Intersection Improvements Project (“Project”), in the amount of $120,250.
SECTION 2. The Council hereby authorizes and directs the City Manager to execute the Agreement.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to th e passage and adoption of this resolution.
