A RESOLUTION OF THE MANHATTAN BEACH
CITY COUNCIL APPROVING AN AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE CITY OF MANHATTAN BEACH
AND CIVIC SOLUTIONS FOR PROFESSIONAL
PLANNING SERVICES
THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL HEREBY RESOLVES AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby approves the Agreement between the City of Manhattan Beach and Civic Solutions, Inc. dated December 20, 2022 , for professional planning services in a not-to-exceed amount of $148,950.
SECTION 2. The Council hereby directs the City Manager to execute the Agreement on behalf of the City.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution.
