RESOLUTION NO. 22-0170
A RESOLUTION OF THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY
COUNCIL APPROVING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN
MANHATTAN BEACH AND SWA GROUP, INC FOR
PROFESSIONAL DESIGN SERVICES FOR THE
POLLIWOG PARK PLAYGROUND PROJECT
THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL HEREBY RES OLVES AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby approves the Agreement between the City of Manhattan Beach and SWA Group, Inc. dated December 20, 2022, for professional design services in the amount of $59,129.48 for the Polliwog Park Playground Project.
SECTION 2. The City Council hereby authorizes and directs the City Manager and/or his or her designee t o execute the Agreement on behalf of the City.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution.
