A RESOLUTION OF THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY
COUNCIL APPROVING AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO THE
PROFESSIONAL SERVIES AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
CITY OF MANHATTAN BEACH AND ARDURRA GROUP,
INC FOR PROFESSIONAL INSPECTION AND
CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT SERVICES FOR THE
POLLIWOG PARK LOWER PLAYGROUND
REPLACEMENT PROJECT
THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL HEREBY RESOLVES AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby approves A mendment No. 1 to the Professional Services Agreement between the City of Manhattan Beach and Ardurra Group, Inc. (“Consultant”) dated December 20, 2022, for professional inspection and construction management services in the amount of $ 152,598.18 for the Polliwog Park Lower Playground Replacement Project.
SECTION 2. The City Council her eby authorizes and directs the City Manager and/or his or her designee t o execute the Agreement on behalf of the City.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution.
