A RESOLUTION OF THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL
AUTHORIZING A MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING
BETWEEN THE CITY OF MANHATTAN BEACH AND WEST
BASIN MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT FOR PROPOSITION 1
ROUND 2 INTEGRATED REGIONAL WATER MANAGEMENT
GRANT PROGRAM APPLICATION PREPARATION FEES.
THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL HEREBY RESOLVES AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby authorizes an MOU between the City of Manhattan Beach and West Basin Municipal Water District for Proposition 1 Round 2 Integrated Regional Water Management Grant Program Application Preparation Fees.
SECTION 2. Authorize the City Manager or his designee to negotiate and execute the Memorandum of Understanding with West Basin Municipal Water District.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution.
