RESOLUTION NO. 23-0007
A RESOLUTION OF THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY
COUNCIL APPROVING A MAINTENANCE SERVICES
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF MANHATTAN
BEACH AND PACIFIC COAST ELEVATOR CORPORATION
DBA AMTECH ELEVATOR SERVICES FOR ELEVATOR
AND ESCALATOR MAINTENANCE SERVICES
THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL HEREBY RESOLVES AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby approves the Agreement between the City of Manhattan Beach and Pacific Coast Elevator dba Amtech Elevator Services for elevator and escalator maintenance services, dated January 9, 2023.
SECTION 2. The Council hereby directs the City Manager to execute the Agreement on behalf of the City.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution.
