RESOLUTION NO. 23-0002
A RESOLUTION OF THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY
COUNCIL APPROVING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
CITY OF MANHATTAN BEACH AND THE COUNTY OF LOS
ANGELES FOR A 2021 STATE HOMELAND SECURITY
PROGRAM GRANT
THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL HEREBY RESOLVES AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby approves the Agreement between the City of Manhattan Beach and the County of Los Angeles dated January 17, 2023, for a State Homeland Security Program Grant in the Amount of $72,000.
SECTION 2. The Council hereby directs the City Manager to execute the Agreement on behalf of the City.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution.
