RESOLUTION NO. 23-0005
A RESOLUTION OF THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY
COUNCIL A PPROVING AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO AN
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF MANHATTAN
BEACH AND PACIFIC ADVANCED CIVIL ENGINEERING ,
INC., FOR CONSULTANT DESIGN SERVICES.
THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COU NCIL HEREBY RESOLVES AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby approves Amendment No. 2 to the Agreement between the City of Manhattan Beach and Pacific Advanced Civil Engineering, Inc., dated January 17, 2023 , for additional design services in the amount of $96,480.00.
SECTION 2. The City Council hereby authorizes the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 2 to the Agreement on behalf of the City.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution.
