RESOLUTION NO. 23-0006
A RESOLUTION OF THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY
COUNCIL APPROVING AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO THE
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF MANHATTAN
BEACH AND BUTIER ENGINEERING, INC. FOR
ADDITIONAL CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT AND
INSPECTION SERVICES FOR THE PECK RESERVOIR
REPLACEMENT PROJECT
THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL HEREBY RESOLVES AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby approves Amendment No. 2 to the Agreement between the City of Manhattan Beach and Butier Engineering, Inc. dated January 17, 2023, for construction management and inspection services for the Peck Reservoir Replacement Project, in the amount of $435,537.
SECTION 2. The Council hereby directs the City Manager to execute the Amendment on behalf of the City.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk sha ll certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution.
