RESOLUTION NO. 23-0015
A RESOLUTION OF THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY
COUNCIL APPROVING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
CITY OF MANHATTAN BEACH AND WATERLINE
TECHNOLOGIES, INC.
THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL HEREBY RESOLVES AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council her eby approves the a greement between the City of Manhattan Beach and Waterline Technologies, Inc. dated February 7, 2023, for Water Treatment Disinfection products and services at a cost not -to- exceed $900,000.
SECTION 2. The Council hereby directs the City Manager to execute the Agreement on behalf of the City.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution.
