A RESOLUTION OF THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY
COUNCIL APPROVING THE CITYWIDE AMERICANS
WITH DISABILITIES ACT RAMP IMPROVEMENT
PROJECT FOR FEDERAL TRANSIT ADMINISTRATION
SECTION 5310 F UNDING APPLICATION ; AND
APPROVING AN APPLICATION TO THE LOS ANGELES
COUNTY METROPOLITAN TRANSPORTATION
AUTHORITY FOR FEDERAL TRANSIT ADMINISTRATION
SECTION 5310 GRANT FUNDING.
THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL HEREBY RESOLVES AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby approves the Citywide Americans with Disabilities Act Ramp Improvement Project funding application for Federal Transit Administration Section 5310 grant funding, administrated by the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority.
SECTION 2. The Council hereby directs the City Manage r and/or his or her designee to submit the necessary project information to the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority as required by the Federal Transit Administration Section 5310 funding application process.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk s hall certify to the passage a nd adoption of this resolution.
