A RESOLUTION OF THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL
REJECTING ALL BIDS FOR THE CYCLE 2 STREET
RESURFACING PROJECT AND AUTHORIZING STAFF TO RE -
BID THE PROJECT
THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL HEREBY RESOLVES AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby approves the rejection of all bids received on January 4, 2023 for the Cycle 2 Street Resurfacing Project (“Project”).
SECTION 2. The City Council hereby authorizes staff to re-bid the street resurfacing work with a reduced scope of work.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this Resolution.
