A RESOLUTION OF THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY
COUNCIL APPROVING AN INSPECTION SERVICES
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF MANHATTAN
BEACH AND ARDURRA GROUP, INC. FOR VARIOUS
CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PLAN PROJECTS
THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL HE REBY RESOLVES AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby approves th e Agreement betw een the City of Manhattan Beach and Ardurra Group, Inc. for inspections services for the Ceramic Studios Kiln Installation Project, Aviation Blvd Sidewalk Gap Project, Rowell Ave Sidewalk Gap Project , and Pier Railing Replacement Project in the amount of $592,856.
SECTION 2. The City Council hereby authorizes and directs t he City Manager or his/her designee to execute the Agreement on behalf of the City.
SECTION 3. The C ity Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this Resolution.
