A RESOLUTION OF THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY
COUNCIL APPROVING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
CITY OF MANHATTAN BEACH AND DOMISI KEVEN
PARHAM FOR THE LOAN OF CITY ARTWORK ENTITLED
“SURF ASCENSION”
THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL HEREBY RESOL VES AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby approves the Agreement between the City of Manhattan Beach and Domisi Keven Parham dated April 4, 2023, for artwork loan in the amount of $9,000.
SECTION 2. The Council hereby directs the City Manager to execute the Agreement on behalf of the City.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution.
