A RESOLUTION OF THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL
APPROVING AN INSPECTION SERVICES AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE CITY OF MANHATTAN BEACH AND Z&K
CONSULTANTS, INC. FOR THE CYCLE 2 STREET
RESURFACING PROJECT ENCOMPASSING AGNES ROAD,
FLOURNOY ROAD, 27TH AND 29TH STREETS
THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL HEREBY RESOLVES AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby approves th e Agreement betw een the City of Manhattan Beach and Z&K Consultants, Inc. for inspections services for the Cycle 2 Street Resurfacing Project encompassing Agnes Road, Flournoy Road, 27th and 29th Streets in the amount of $141,574.
SECTION 2. The City Council hereby authorizes and directs t he City Manager or his/her designee to execute the Agreement on behalf of the City.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this Resolution.
