A RESOLUTION OF THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY
COUNCIL APPROVING AMENDMENT NO. 1 BETWEEN
THE CITY OF MANHATTAN BEACH AND ROBERT
MICHAEL SCHWIEGER PROPRIETOR DBA PEGASUS
STUDIOS FOR BROADCAST PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY C OUNCIL HEREBY RESOLVES AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby approves Amendment No. 1 between the City of Manhattan Beach and Robert Michael Schwieger dba PEGasus Studios effective on the last date of Amendment’s execution by and between the parties for broadcast professional services in the amount of $90,000 annually.
SECTION 2. The Council hereby directs the City Manager to execute the Agreement on behalf of the City.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution.
