A RESOLUTION OF THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY
COUNCIL APPROVING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
CITY OF MANHATTAN BEACH AND NTH GENERATION
COMPUTING, INC. FOR BACKUP SOLUTION PURCHASE
AND RELATED SERVICES
THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL HEREBY RESOLVES AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby approves the Agreement between the City of Manhattan Beach and Nth Generation Computing, Inc. effective on the last date of Agreement’s executio n by and between the parties for backup solution purchase and related services in the amount of $128,676.
SECTION 2. The Council hereby directs the City Manager to execute the Agreement on behalf of the City.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution.
