RESOLUTION NO. 23-0050
A RESOLUTION OF THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY
COUNCIL APPROVING AN A MENDMENT BETWEEN THE
CITY OF MANHATTAN BEACH AND MCGOWAN
CONSULTING LLC FOR COORDINATION AND
IMPLEMENTATION OF THE COORDINATED INTEGRATED
MONITORING PROGRAM ON BEHALF OF THE BEACH
CITIES WATERSHED MANAGEMENT GROUP
THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL HEREBY RESOLVES AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby approves Amendment No. 1 between the City of Manhattan Beach and McGowan Consultants LLC for coordination and implementation of the Coordinated Integrated Monitoring Program on behalf of the Beach Cities Watershed Management Group for $105,700.
SECTION 2. The City Council herby directs the City Manager to execute the Agreement on behalf of the City.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution.
