A RESOLUTION OF THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY
COUNCIL APPROVING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
CITY OF MANHATTAN BEACH AND MORNINGSTAR
PRODUCTIONS LLC FOR CONCERTS IN THE PARK
SOUND AND STAGE RENTAL SERVICES
THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL HEREBY RESOLVES AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby approves the Agreement between the City of Manhattan Beach and Morningstar Productions LLC dated May 16, 2023, for Concerts in the Parks sound and stage rental services not to exceed the amount of $185,905.45 over the initial three year term, or $325,980.90 if both one year extensions are exercised.
SECTION 2. The Council hereby directs the City Manager to execute the Agreement on behalf of the City.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution.
