RESOLUTION NO. 23-0054
A RESOLUTION OF THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY
COUNCIL APPROVING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN
MANHATTAN BEACH AND TOWN OF PICKENS
MISSISSIPPI FOR THE SALE OF UP TO FIVE SURPLUS
POLICE VEHICLES.
THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL HEREBY RESOLVES AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby approves the Agreement between the City and the Town of Pickens, Mississippi , for the sale of up to five police vehicles.
SECTION 2. The Council hereby directs the City Manager to execute the Agreement on behalf of the City.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution.
