RESOLUTION NO. 23-0073
A RESOLUTION OF THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY
COUNCIL APPROVING AMENDMENT NO. 4 TO THE
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF MANHATTAN
BEACH AND HARBOR INTERFAITH SERVICES FOR
GRANT FUNDED HOMELESS CASE MANAGEMENT AND
HOUSING NAVIGATION SERVICES
THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL HEREBY RESOLVES AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby approves Amendment No. 4 of the Agreement between the City of Manhattan Beach and Harbor Interfaith Services dated June 6, 2023, for grant funded Homeless Case Management and Housing Navigation Services.
SECTION 2. The Council hereby directs the City Manager to execute the Agreement on behalf of the City.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution.
