RESOLUTION NO. 23-0056
A RESOLUTION OF THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY
COUNCIL APPROVING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
CITY OF MANHATTAN BEACH AND CIVIC SOLUTIONS,
INC. FOR PLANNING SERVICES
THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL HEREBY RESOLVES AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The C ity Council hereby approves the Agreement between the City of Manhattan Beach and Civic Solutions, Inc. dated June 6, 2023 , for Planning services in the amount of $268,950.00.
SECTION 2. The Council hereby directs and authorizes the City Manager to execute the Agreement on behalf of the City.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution.
