A RESOLUTION OF THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY
COUNCIL APPROVING AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO THE
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF MANHATTAN
BEACH AND GRIFFIN STRUCTURES , INC. FOR
ADDITIONAL CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT AND
INSPECTION SERVICES FOR THE FIRE STATION NO. 2
REPLACEMENT PROJECT IN THE AMOUNT OF $85,000
THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL HEREBY RESOLVES AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby approves Amendment No. 2 to the Agreement between the City of Manhattan Beach and Griffin Structures , Inc. dated June 6, 2023, for construction management and inspection services for the Fire Station No. 2 Project in the amount of $85,000.
SECTION 2. The Council hereby directs the City Manager to execute the Amendment on behalf of the City.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution.
