RESOLUTION NO. 23-0070
A RESOLUTION OF THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY
COUNCIL ADOPTING A MEMORANDUM OF
UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN THE CITY OF MANHATTAN
BEACH AND OCEANOGRAPHIC TEACHING STATIONS,
INC. AUTHORIZING THE USE OF THE ROUNDHOUSE
FOR FUNDRAISING EVENTS
THE MA NHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL HEREBY RESOLVES AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby approves and adopts the MOU between the City of Manhattan Beach and Oceanographic Teaching Stations, Inc., dated June 6, 2023, authorizing the use of the Roundhouse f or fundraising events.
SECTION 2. The Council hereby directs the City Manager to execute the Agreement on behalf of the City.
SECTION 3. The City Manager or his designee shall administer the terms of the MOU on behalf of the City.
SECTION 4. The City Cle rk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution.
