RESOLUTION OF THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY
COUNCIL APPROVING AN AGREEMENT WITH MOORE
IACOFANO GOLTSMAN, INC (MIG) TO DEVELOP A LONG-
TERM OUTDOOR DINING AND BUSINESS USE PROGRAM
THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL HEREBY FINDS, DETERMINES AND RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby approves the Agreement between the City of Manhattan Beach and MIG to develop the long -term outdoor dining and business use program, with an estimated value of $400,000.
SECTION 2. The City Council hereby directs and authorizes the City Manager to execute the Agreement.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution.
