A RESOLUTION OF THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY
COUNCIL APPROVING A MENDMENT NO. 1 TO THE
MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE CITY OF MANHATTAN BEACH AND THE
SOUTH BAY CITIES COUNCIL OF GOVERNMENTS FOR
HOMELESSNESS CASE MANAGEMENT SERVICES
THE MANHATTAN BEACH CITY COUNCIL HEREBY RESOLVES AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby approves Amendment No. 1 to the Memorandum of Understanding between the City of Manhattan Beach and the South Bay Cities Council of Governments dated June 6, 2023, for Homelessness Case Management services.
SECTION 2. The Council hereby directs the City Manager to execute the Agreement on behalf of the City.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution.
