CALL MEETING TO ORDER
Mayor Montgomery called the meeting to order.

At 4:32 PM, the City Council recessed into Closed Session.
III. RECONVENE INTO OPEN SESSION
At 5:27 PM, the City Council reconvened into Open Session with Mayor Montgomery, Mayor Pro Tem Franklin, and Councilmember Lesser present.
IV. CLOSED SESSION ANNOUNCEMENT IN OPEN SESSION
City Attorney Barrow announced that the City Council went into Closed Session after providing the public an opportunity to speak and that the City Council gave direction on Item No. 1 Conference with Real Property Negotiators, Item No. 3 Anticipated Litigation, and half of Item No. 2 involving the Highrose vs. City of Manhattan Beach Case. There was no further action taken.
F. ADJOURNMENT
At 5:28 PM, Mayor Montgomery adjourned the meeting and announced to the public that the Regular City Council Meeting would begin at 6:00 PM. _____________________________
